For these original candles, we begin with the finest Canadian cappings wax: the sweetest, golden, unadulterated beeswax of the hive. We render and triple filter it to ensure that it is perfectly clean. After the core is wicked, we lovingly hand drip each candle - no two are ever the same. Again, we are proud of the fact that we have remained true to our craft by hand producing each candle.

To achieve 100% pure Ivory beeswax naturally is a painstking process which involves bringing our gold cappings wax up to high temperatures and forcing it thru charcoal filters several times in order to absorb the pollen back out of the wax. The pollen is what gives the wax all of its color and 99% of its aroma. Therefore our Ivory line of beeswax is ideal for those with allergies or anyone who enjoys scent free environments

With these, as well as our traditional smooth pillars, you should ask yourself what your burning lifestyle is. If you use your candles for short periods (yoga, a bath, sex, meditation, etc) we recommend our #1/2/3 - 2.5" diameter candles. For get-togethers, dinner parties, and "marathon" sessions, we suggest our #5/6/7 - 3.5" diameter size. For the serious burner, 3-4 hours/session or longer, we highly recommend our #9/10/11/12 - 4.5" diameter candles.
